“Selling a house is very tough. Even worse is hiring the right realtor to sell it for you. Our mom passed last year and when the house was in probate you get a lot of realtors and investors looking into your house. I bet you I had interviewed over a hundred realtors looking for the right one to handle your estate. Not only that, it was the house us kids, our kids grew up in.
