Collect Rent Monthly. Coordinate emergency & routine service needs for property using our preferred licensed & insured vendors. Inspect property as needed during the lease. Attend to tenant/owner issues as needed. Provide online access for owner statements, Invoices and reports ACH bank transfer of owner proceeds. Security deposit claim handling. Process paperwork as-needed to begin eviction with attorney in the event of failure to pay rent or breach of lease (Attorney’s fees billed separately to owner).
